Product Description

The PVC Pipe production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system(water supply and drainage pipe), pavement of cables and as well as different diameter and thickness of PVC Pipes. The complete PVC Pipe production line is composed by conical twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion mold, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutter and stacker, belling machine (flaring machine). The main extruder and haul off we adopts ABB inverter, vacuum pump and motors adopt high quality famous brand. Haul off machine has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and eight claws accord to different pipe diameters. For pipe cutting machine has saw and planetary cutting type, which additionally attached with the meter counter and intensifying device. The production line is easily installation and operation, simple maintenance with reliable quality.

Features

• Special screw structure, efficient plasticization for different type of formula;
• Flexible use conical and parallel extruder for pipes with different pressure levels and CaCO3 conditions;
• Spiral type die reduces the melt seam on pipes, high compression ratio ensures the pipes with high density and good mechanical properties.
• Use an efficient single or double chambers vacuum and cooling tank;
• Adopt a Servo/frequency speed controlling and independent multi-track structure haul-off to guarantee the pipe pulling evenly, no deformation;
• Planetary cutter adopts both mechanical and hydraulic way to feed blades and to cut and chamfer synchronously.

1. We could send engineers to the buyer's factory for installation instruction, commissioning and training service at buyer's cost.

2. Our machine has one year guarantee since the installation in buyer's factory. During the guarantee time, if any parts (except the easy damaging parts) are damaged under normal operation, we will offer free spare parts. After the guarantee time, we will offer the spare parts with cost price.

3. If the buyer has any problem during the operation, we will offer technical solutions.
